Changes to personal information

It is your responsibility to ensure that the personal data we hold about you is accurate and current. Please ensure that the personal data we have about you is accurate, as the inaccuracy may lead to failure in completing the purchase. Any purchase failure due to incomplete, inaccurate or out of date information will be to the purchaser’s discretion.

Definitions

“Platform” – refers to any platform owned or used by Done Apparel (Pty) Ltd., including websites, mobile applications, etc.

“We”, “us”, “our ” – refers to Done Apparel (Pty) Ltd.

“You”, “your”, “user(s)”, “purchaser” – refers to a client / user of Done Apparel (Pty) Ltd. services, goods or Platform. Might also refer to the reader of the document, or the purchaser of goods through our Platform.

Ordering Process

a. Login / Register (optional)

You can create an account or login to an existing account. Creating an account and logging into an account will keep track of your personal information making the ordering progress faster. For more information on personal information please refer to our Privacy Policy.

 

b. Adding products to your cart

Products can be added to a cart from a product landing page. Products can be added to the cart by pressing on the “Add to cart” button dedicated to each product on our website. Adding a product to your cart will update your cart, from where quantities for each item in your cart can be changed.

c. Viewing your cart

Items in your cart can be updated, changed and removed from the “Cart” page. Viewing your cart page can be done through navigating to the “Cart” link in the header of our website.

d. Checkout

Checkout procedure can be initiated from the cart. During the checkout procedure various information is required to complete your order and fulfilment. Fill in all the fields, or as a minimum all the required fields. Once all fields have been filled in, you can continue to the payment procedure. For more information on payments refer to the “Payment” section on this document.

e. Complete payment

The last step for completing your order is making the payment. For more information on payments refer to the “Payment” section on this document.

f. Fulfilment

Once your order has been received, we will commence with packaging and shipping to your requested destination. For more information on fulfilment refer to the “Order fulfilment” section of this document.

Products

Products in stock

Products which are in stock will be available for purchase immediately.

Products out of stock

Products which are available but out of stock will not be available for purchase. If a product is out of stock, you can request to receive a notification when stock comes available again.

Price

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. The purchasing price of a product will remain as is during checkout procedure / purchase. Any changes thereafter would not and will not have an effect on the purchasing price.

Promotions

We reserve the right to, modify, remove, shorten, extend or suspend any of our promotions at any time, without prior notice. We further reserve the right to disqualify any participant / purchaser at any time, without prior notice, given a justifiable reason. Our promotions will only be effective within our terms and conditions, within the set time period.

Discontinued Products

We reserve the right to discontinue any of our products at any given time without prior notice. Discontinued products will not be purchase-able from or through our Platforms.

Pre-Orders

Some products might be available for pre-orders. All pre-orders will be purchased upon pre-order, within the terms of purchase set out in this “Terms of Purchase”. 

If you pre-order a product, you acknowledge that (i) the purchasing price will be deducted from your account upon pre-order, and (ii) you may not receive your product based on the demand, in which case you will be refunded to the amount which was deducted from your account, and (iii) there is no time limit in which your pre-ordered product will be delivered, and (iv) you have the right to cancel your pre-order at any time, upon which you will be refunded to the amount which was deducted from your account.

Once a product was pre-ordered from our Platform, we will keep you informed and up to date with regards to the expected approximated delivery date, latest news and purchasing details of your order.

Back-orders

Some orders which are out of stock might be available for back-orders. 

Payment

Credit Card

Credit card payments are done through PayFast. You do not need a PayFast account to do a credit card payment. If this option is selected, you will be re-directed to the PayFast website to complete the secure payment.

Direct Wire Transfer

We will accept direct wire transfers. We will however only fulfil your order once the money has been reflected in our bank account.

PayFast

If you have a PayFast account, you can make payments directly from your PayFast login. If this option is selected, you will be re-directed to the PayFast website to complete the secure payment.

Order fulfilment

Destinations

We currently only offer deliveries within South-Africa. 

Delivery process

We have partnered with logistic companies who do our deliveries on our behalf. Once your order has been confirmed, we will package your order after which it will be delivered to our logistic partners. Deliveries will be completed by our delivery partners.

Delivery rates

Delivery rates are calculated during checkout. We reserve the right to change delivery without prior notice. 

Tracking of deliveries

Tracking of orders can be done upon request.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges terms and conditions

Any product which wash purchased using one of our Platforms can be returned or exchanged given the following conditions; (i) You must submit your invoice (ii) the return or exchange is requested within 15 days from date of order (iii) no damage has been done to the products (iv) the garments was sent back to us in a good, unused, unwashed condition, and (v) with due reason.

Reasons considered for returns or exchanges

As part of the return / exchange procedure we may ask you for the reason for your return / exchange. Some reasons includes (i) if you have ordered the wrong size or if you are not satisfied with the fit, or (ii) if a product was delivered with a manufacturing defect, or (iii) if you have received an incorrect order.

Return or exchange procedure

Returns and exchanges;

Step 1:

Submit your return or exchange by visiting our website, www.doneclo.com and filling out a return or exchange form. This form can be found by navigating your way on our website to the “Returns and Exchanges” page, linked in the footer.

 

Step 2:

Once your return or exchange form has been completed, we will contact you to confirm a pick-up date, place and time of your products, within the limitations of our delivery destinations. Some costs might

Give your products to the delivery team.

 

Step 4:

Once product has been received at our headquarters, your return or exchange request will be evaluated. You will be contacted again with further instructions to complete the return or exchange process.

 

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DECLINE ANY RETURN OR EXCHANGE REQUEST BASED ON THE LIMITATIONS AND TERMS STATED IN THIS AGREEMENT. SHOULD A RETURN OR EXCHANGE REQUEST BE DECLINED, THE COSTS OF TRANSFER, TRANSPORT AND DELIVERIES MAY BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE REQUESTOR.

Done Apparel’s Privacy Policy forms part of the terms and conditions. All information gathered by Done Apparel (Pty) Ltd. is governed by Done Apparel’s Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy can be found here or by contacting us. Please review this Privacy Policy and keep a copy.

Limitation of liability

If you purchase a product or service from our platform it means that You have understood and agreed to the terms of purchase in full, without any modifications, exclusions or variations, whether or not you have read this terms of purchase.
